Mediabanda

Fulano siempre fué mi grupo chileno favorito. Y es que por allá en el 90 nunca antes había escuchado música como "Sentimental Blues" o "Adolfo y Benito, Augusto y Toribio", simplemente únicos. Bueno, al momento de llegar a Barcelona, en el 2005, me dí a la tarea de saber qué pasaba con ellos y fué así como me encontré con el proyecto de Cristián Crisosto y Arlette Jequier, Mediabanda. Un proyecto que los reúne con montón de muchachos jóvenes, incluídos algunos de los hijos de este matrimonio, y en el se reconoce muy bien la semilla Fulano, pero ahora con más variedad y riqueza musical (con cumbias y reaggae incluídos). Es que es la "MEDIA" banda. Ya lo verán en el video.

Bueno, de pajarón y por no seguirles la pista, me perdí el recital que dieron acá en Barcelona durante mediados del 2007. Seré gueón? Espero verlos algún día.
Respecto de Fulano, entiendo que aún existen como grupo y que la última vez que se presentaron en vivo fué en el 2002.

Rehab

Hasta hace dos días no había escuchado nada de Amy Winehouse y, obviamente, mi curiosidad despertó con todos los premios que ganó en la última entrega de los Grammy. Esta canción fué la premiada como mejor canción del 2007. Buenísima, simplemente buenísima. Aún no escucho a conciencia sus dos álbumes, pero prometen.
