Crisis

"No pretendamos que las cosas cambien, si siempre hacemos lo mismo. La crisis es la mejor bendición que puede sucederle a personas y países, porque la crisis trae progresos. La creatividad nace de la angustia como el día nace de la noche oscura. Es en la crisis que nace la inventiva, los descubrimientos y las grandes estrategias. El inconveniente de las personas y los países es la pereza para encontrar las salidas y soluciones. Sin crisis no hay desafíos, sin desafíos la vida es una rutina, una lenta agonía. Sin crisis no hay méritos. Es en la crisis donde aflora lo mejor de cada uno, porque sin crisis todo viento es caricia. Hablar de crisis es promoverla, y callar en la crisis es exaltar el conformismo. En vez de esto, trabajemos duro. Acabemos de una vez con la única crisis amenazadora, que es la tragedia de no querer luchar por superarla" (Albert Eisntein, al parecer...).

Diana Macías y su primer papel teatral!!!! ("mierda, mierda", Dianita)

Conocí a Diana en Chile. Ella trabajaba en Puerto Montt, para el salmón, y yo trabajaba en Viña, para una consultora. Por ahí salió un proyecto, ella fué a Viña del Mar y luego yo estuve por las tierras del sur. Nos hicimos amigos y, a pesar de venirme a Barcelona, mantuvimos contacto. Ella, que ya habia estado por acá, siempre se confesó enamorada de esta ciudad y durante un par de años amenzó con dejar todo y venirse. Al final la amenza se hizo realidad.

Aún recuerdo las primeras cervezas que tomamos juntos hace como 2 años. En esa oportunidad, en plena Rambla Gaudí, me confesó su pasión por la actuación y su plan de comenzar a estudiarla.

Y aquí está la Diana, con su pequeño-gran papel. Me alegra.

"El Genio"

Un árabe caminaba por el desierto, cuando encontró una lámpara. Al abrirla ? sorpresa!, apareció un genio:
- 'Hola! Soy un genio de un solo deseo, a tus ordenes.'
- 'Entonces, quiero la paz en Oriente Medio.. Vea este mapa: que estos países vivan en paz!'

El genio mira el mapa y dice:
- 'Caiga en la realidad amigo. Esos paises se hacen la guerra desde hace 5 mil años! Y para decirle la verdad, soy bueno, pero no tanto como para eso. ¡Mejor pida otra cosa!'
- 'Bueno, - yo nunca encontré la mujer ideal, usted sabe!. Me gustaría una mujer que tenga sentido del humor, le guste el sexo, limpiar la casa, lavar, planchar, que no sea habladora, que le guste el fútbol, que aprecie una cerveza, fiel, gustosa, bonita, joven, cariñosa y que no le importe que yo no tenga dinero'.

El genio suspira profundamente y dice:
- 'Déjame ver ese mapa de mierda de nuevo?!'

Oportunidad perdida...

Desde que tengo memoria, escucho a Pink Floyd (mi madre dice que intentaba corear "Another Brick in the Wall" cuando la tocaban en la radio, tenía 7 años. Tanto así, que mis padres compraron la cinta, jajaja, de chiquitito ya estaba oreja con el rock sinfónico).

Hace muy poco me enteré de que Richard Wright había muerto. No me explico dónde estaba que no supe de su muerte en septiembre del 2008. Y yo aún con las esperanzas de que estos loquitos comenzaran una gira.

La última vez que tocaron todos fue para el Live 8 (en el video). Yo estaba en Barcelona y no agoté la posibilidad de moverme a Londres, la cagué.
